  • 3.Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  • 4.No Bullying and Safe Space Policy myLocal is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all users. You agree not to engage in any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination. This includes, but is not limited to: offensive comments related to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status; threats, intimidation, or stalking; sharing or threatening to share private information without consent; posting or sharing content that is abusive, harmful, or intended to harass or distress other users. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service.
  • 5.User-Generated Content You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive; infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of any party; contains any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
  • 6.Selling Products If you use the Service to sell products, you agree to the following terms: You must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including those related to the sale of products; you must not sell any products that are illegal or prohibited by applicable laws and regulations; you are responsible for ensuring that all products you sell are safe, accurately described, and comply with applicable quality and safety standards; you are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes (including sales taxes) associated with the sale of your products; you must provide clear and accurate information about your products, including pricing, shipping, and return policies.
  • 7.Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of myLocal and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
  • 8.Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
  • 9.Limitation of Liability In no event shall myLocal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  • 10.Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
  • 11.Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
